The 4th Annual General Assembly and Shareholder meeting and 1st Annual Board Member Meeting for 2010, have been convened in Amman, Jordan, and via video conference with Palestinian cities, Ramallah & Gaza.

UCI announced strong results for fiscal year 2009, with annual profits of over $2.6 million USD, and growth in assets of 2.7% to $52,112,479 USD. UCI Also announced that it would distribute dividends to shareholders of $0.075 per share, which is one of highest profit distribution among publicly traded companies in Palestine.

Shareholders of UCI confirmed the reappointment of its seven existing board members, and welcomed to the UCI board of Directors two new members, Mr. Khaled Mohammad Sabawi, and Mr. Ihab Bseisso.

Auditing Firm Talal Abu Ghazala have confirmed again as financial auditors for Fiscal year 2010.
